BCI Asia Awards

Due to the vast number of projects, which BCI reports on, and our involvement within the architectural community, BCI Media Group has the unique ability to distinguish the leaders in the architecture, building and construction industries in Asia. The various awards presented by BCI Asia recognises leaders within the architectural and building industry including architectural firms, developers and also suppliers.

BCI Top 10 Awards

The BCI Top Ten Awards has grown over the years to become one of the highly coveted architectural awards in Asia. It is a prestigious label of excellence that recognises the ten leading design and development enterprises that have made the greatest contribution to the built environment in the prior year.

In 2013 the award was repositioned to take into consideration the degree of sustainability in developments. The selection criteria now includes a new dimension where developers and architecture firms are selected based on the aggregate value of projects from the pre-tender stage developments (concept, design & documentation) to the post tender stage during the year, weighted by the extent of their sustainability.

This exclusive, by-invitation only event allows firms to position themselves with top stakeholders in the Asian Construction market, as well as providing an extensive networking platform for elite property developers, architecture firms, engineering consultants, manufacturers and service providers.

The award is held in seven different Asian territories including Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
