  4. Our recruitment contact will be in touch within seven days as to whether you will proceed to the interview stage.
  5. Note: If you do not proceed to the interview stage, BCI will ask for permission to keep your details in our talent pool for future vacancies or opportunities that may interest you.
  6. Face-to-face interviews take place in our local office with the hiring manager.
  7. The position will be offered to the most suitable applicant subject to successful reference checks
